Shipping and Returns Policy
1. DELIVERY
1.1 We will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If the products in your order are in stock, we endeavor to deliver the products so it will arrive within 14 days after the date of the Shipping Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order).
1.2 Delivery of an order you have placed shall be completed when we deliver the products you have ordered to the address you gave us and the products will be your responsibility from that time.
1.3 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to deliver the products if it is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, strikes or other action by third parties, and natural disasters. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you of a new delivery date.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
2.1 The integrated shipping calculator that generates the most accurate and cost-effective method of delivery. It uses the total weight of the shopping basket and the delivery address to determine the total price of shipping and handling. The following shipping methods are used:
United States: USPS First Class Package. All orders include tracking. The tracking information will be sent via e-mail to you once our shipping label has been created via our ShippingEasy system. Please be aware your e-mail service spam filter may from time to time filter these emails. Make sure to double check e-mail spam folders after placing an order.
Outside of the United States: USPS First Class Package International.The tracking information will be sent via e-mail to you once our shipping label has been created via our ShippingEasy system. Please be aware your e-mail service spam filter may from time to time filter these emails. Make sure to double check e-mail spam folders after placing an order. All orders come with a completed customs form and tracking. See below (Section 3) about customs and duty information.
3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
3.1 We deliver worldwide. If your country is not listed, please get in touch using the Contact Us section of this website.
3.2 Analogbooks are categorized “HS 490199 Other” under Chapter 49 (Printed books, brochures, leaflets and similar printed matter) in the international Harmonized System and are duty free. Over 200 countries trade under this tariff structure. Customers in countries not trading under this tariff structure may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
3.3 You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please consult the customs service or trade commissions office of your delivery address country to make yourself familiar with any applicable import duties and taxes.
3.4 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
4. RETURN & REFUND
4.1 We hope you are happy with the products you have ordered. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you must notify that you have decided to cancel by e-mailing us using the Contact Us section of this website. Please include details of your order to help us identify it. You will then receive a refund in accordance with clauses 4.2 and 4.3.
4.2 You will receive a full refund if we have not yet shipped the products you have ordered.
4.3 If the products you have ordered have been shipped, you will receive a full refund under the following terms:
(a) You return the products you have ordered to us within 14 days after receiving your order. When you return the products, please retain proof of posting and use a service that allows tracking. Without these details we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
(b) You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us, unless the products were faulty.
(c) The products you are returning are in a saleable condition (no bent edges, corners, scuff or scratch marks, or pencil or pen marks). We will reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this has been caused by your handling.
(d) We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back from you.
