1.1 We will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If the products in your order are in stock, we endeavor to deliver the products so it will arrive within 14 days after the date of the Shipping Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order).
1.2 Delivery of an order you have placed shall be completed when we deliver the products you have ordered to the address you gave us and the products will be your responsibility from that time.
1.3 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to deliver the products if it is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, strikes or other action by third parties, and natural disasters. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you of a new delivery date.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
2.1 “Economy Standard” is an integrated shipping calculator that generates the most accurate and cost-effective method of delivery. It uses the total weight of the shopping basket and the delivery address to determine the total price of shipping and handling. Generally, the following shipping methods are used:
United Kingdom: Royal Mail First Class
Europe: Royal Mail International Standard
World Zone 1 (North America, South America, Caribbean, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia): Royal Mail International Standard
World Zone 2 (East Asia, Oceania): Royal Mail International Standard
2.1 “Confirmed and Tracked” uses the same country and weight-based shipping calculator as the Economy Standard method adding full tracking and online delivery confirmation. This shipping method is strongly recommended for customers outside the United Kingdom ordering 3 or more products. Generally, the following shipping methods are used:
United Kingdom: Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class
Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked
World Zone 1 (North America, South America, Caribbean, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia): Royal Mail International Tracked
World Zone 2 (East Asia, Oceania): Royal Mail International Tracked
2.2 “Local Delivery by Bicycle (London, UK)” is a local shipping option available only to the following London, United Kingdom postcodes: E2, E8, and E9. Estimated delivery is 1 day.
3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE OF THE UK & EU)
3.1 We deliver worldwide (if your country is not listed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org). Analogbooks are categorized “HS 490199 Other” under Chapter 49 (Printed books, brochures, leaflets and similar printed matter) in the international Harmonized System and are duty free. Over 200 countries trade under this tariff structure. Customers in countries not trading under this tariff structure may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
3.2 You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please consult the customs service or trade commissions office of your delivery address country to make yourself familiar with any applicable import duties and taxes.
2.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
4. RETURN & REFUND
4.1 We hope you are happy with the products you have ordered. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you must notify that you have decided to cancel by e-mailing us at email@example.com. Please include details of your order to help us to identify it. You will then receive a refund in accordance with clauses 4.2 and 4.3.
4.2 You will receive a full refund if we have not yet shipped the products you have ordered.
4.3 If the products you have ordered have been shipped, you will receive a full refund under the following terms:
(a) You return the products you have ordered to us within 14 days after receiving your order. When you return the products, please retain proof of posting. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
(b) You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us, unless the products were faulty.
(c) The products you are returning is in a saleable condition. We will reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this has been caused by your handling.
(d) We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back from you.
